Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills and completed commercial training are basic requirements for this position. As our company operates internationally, experience in correspondence and communication with customers at home and abroad is preferred. However, if you are eager to learn, the position is also suitable for career starters who have completed their training. The role involves processing and managing orders, as well as customer and supplier support and general office tasks.
The position will be available from March 1, 2026.

Production Manager in the field of ‘Thin Specialty Glass and Optics’

Requirements:
Excellent knowledge and expertise in all standard processes and areas of industrial specialty glass processing are required (CNC-glass cutting, thin glass breaking, grinding, edging, beveling, machine programming, CAD knowledge, etc.). Basic requirements include the ability to independently and efficiently plan manufacturing operations within our existing system, from manufacturing preparation to quality control, and ensure smooth execution.
The job will interface between sales and manufacturing in our flat glass area, among other duties. Good teamwork and integration skills are essential.

Requirements:
Knowledge of serial production, the operation of CNC machines, glass cleaning, and machine glass cutting, e.g., in the product areas of thin glass, front surface mirrors, and similar products, is required. It is in the nature of the job offered to have a very clean, well-structured way of working and a good understanding of technical processes. A particular skill with thin glass, small glass parts, and sensitive materials would be beneficial. Furthermore, good team spirit and communication skills are critical requirements. After successful training, resulting in excellent skills, it is possible to plan and perform production projects.
