Our SIR-IR heat reflection filters offer an extended blocking range up to 2.500nm. The transmission in the visible range is not quite as high and neutral as the one of our high transmission SIR heat reflecting hot mirror, but this moderately lower visible transmission facilitates the significant wider blocking capability for the infrared light irradiation. The SIR-IR heat reflection filter coating design represents the best possible compromise between the real world technical requirements and realisability.
