Our SHD cold mirrors are dielectric front surface mirrors used in applications that require a very high reflection in the visible range. The dichroic, dielectric cold mirror coating system at the same time transmits the infrared (heat) energy up to approximately 2500nm. This allows the use of the high reflection cold mirrors in very efficient heat-light separation systems. The multilayer dielectric coating design allows a good resistivity of our cold light mirrors against heat, moisture and abrasion. If required, our SHD cold mirror coating can be modified for different transmission- and reflection ranges, as well as in regards to the cut-on and cut-off wavelengths.
