All of our SEA enhanced aluminum front surface mirrors have a dielectric overcoating which considerably increases the Enhanced aluminum first surface mirrorreflectivity of the mirrors while protecting the aluminum coating. Both SEA front surface mirror series have a good resistance to heat, humidity and abrasion. The economically priced aluminium coated first surface mirrors proofed to be an ideal solution for applications which require a good optical performance and a high mechanical stability at low cost. Many high volume applications were based on our SEA front surface mirrors in the past. Our SEA-NIR front surface mirror is an economically priced alternative to gold first surface mirrors when used in NIR and IR systems, also if used as laser mirrors at medium light power and moderate optical requirements. The dielectric overcoating of our front surface aluminium mirrors can be optimized and shifted to enhance the reflectivity of special wavelengths.
