Optical coatings with mainly reflecting properties. This can be dielectric or metallic coatings like aluminium, enhanced aluminium, silver, enhanced silver, gold, chrome, copper, rhodium or platinum coatings. The reflection, angles of incidence, polarizations and most other coating properties can be adjusted according to your specification. In addition to our standard mirror coatings you can use our coating request form to conveniently request your customized coating.
Coatings used for neutral splitting of light or laser radiation or for defined damping of a light source. This can be either a dielectric or a metallic coating. The splitting ratio can be adjusted to customer’s specification by modifying the dielectric layers or layer thickness. The backside can be antireflection coated to minimize unwanted secondary reflection and to prevent light loss at the backside of the beamsplitter. In addition to our standard beamsplitter coatings you can use our coating request form to conveniently request your customized coating.
Coatings that minimize or eliminate unwanted reflection and ghost images which can occur from uncoated glass surfaces. The coating can be optimized for single wavelengths or for a wide wavelength range (broadband coating). The usable transmitted light is almost increased by the same amount the rest reflection is decreased. Dielectric coatings with a high reflection in the visible range and good transmission in the infrared up to typical 2500nm. Cold mirrors are mainly used to efficiently remove heat or IR-radiation from a light source or system. The cut-on and cut-off wavelengths and the range of reflection can be shifted or modified according to customer‘s specific requirements. Dielectric coatings with high transmission in the visible and high reflection in the infrared are predominantly used to block heat or IRradiation. These coatings can also be used as transparent mirrors for infrared light sources such as near infrared laser diodes. The cut-off wavelength, transmission and reflection ranges can be customized. In addition to our standard hot mirror coatings you can use the coating request form to conveniently request your customer-specific coating.
Electrically conductive coatings with good light transmission in the visible and with a defined electrical square resistance. The square resistance and the transmission depend on the coating‘s thickness and can be customized. Square resistances can be specified in the range of 5Ω/sq. up to 10kΩ/sq. The backside can be antireflection coated to reduce secondary reflections.
